4 The Building of a Water Eco-system

105 pilot cities'implementation plans of water ecological progress were evaluated.In each city mentioned above the demonstration programs of connecting rivers,lakes and reservoirs were launched.As a goal set in the 12^th Five-year Plan,the action of adjusting standards for water resources fees to the lowest level in all provinces was finalized.The pilot plan on the asset account of water resources was compiled,which was included in the Tentative System on the Balance Sheet of Natural Resource Assets (Guidelines on Compilation) drafted by the National Bureau of Statistics.
